The Fans Will Not Be Able To Take Water Bottles Into The Stadium For ODI WC Matches

ENG vs NZ ODI WC 2023: The Fans will not be able to take water bottles into the stadium for ODI World Cup matches. The Mahakumbh of cricket is going to start on Thursday at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

The first match of the ODI World Cup will be between England and New Zealand from 2 pm. Police have made special arrangements in Ahmedabad to ensure that the excitement of the World Cup is not disturbed.

Police will keep an eye on every nook and corner in and around the stadium. Ahmedabad Police Commissioner GS Malik has shared important information on the security arrangements of the World Cup.

More Than 3500 Thousand Policemen Will Be Present:-

According to GS Malik, three Additional Commissioners, 13 DCP rank and 18 ACPs will be involved in the security of the World Cup. More than 3,500 policemen are being used in the arrangements.

Apart from this, 500 home guards will also be present. We have also diverted the traffic. This information has been released on social media.

The Fans Will Not Be Able To Take Water Bottles:-

During this period, guidelines have been issued for the spectators. Fans will not be able to carry water bottles as throwing them can spoil the atmosphere.

Food and drinks will also not be allowed inside. National flags will be allowed to be carried, but sticks will not be allowed in them.

Will Be Allowed To Carry A Mobile Phone:-

The commissioner further said – carrying mobile phones will be allowed. Apart from this, you will not be able to carry any luggage. Apart from this, we have security personnel present to deal with any situation.

Bomb Disposal Squad teams, QRT, and Vajra vehicles will be present. Drill rehearsal is also going on there. The excitement of the World Cup is about to overwhelm the fans. There is no doubt about this. India’s first match will be against Australia on October 8.

Under the World Cup, 48 matches will be played between 10 teams in 10 stadiums of the country. The India-Pakistan match will be held on October 14 in Ahmedabad. While the final will be played on 19th November.
