World Cup 2023 India vs Pakistan: Ahead of the blockbuster match between India and Pakistan, fans have boycotted the match on social media due to Pakistan’s involvement in terrorism.

This has once again sparked a debate whether sports and politics or international relations can be kept separate?

This is why fans were angry with the heart warming welcome of Pakistani players :-

Earlier on September 13, the commanding officer of a Rashtriya Rifles unit, along with a colonel of the Indian Army, a major and a deputy superintendent of police, were martyred in an encounter with terrorists in Kokernag area of Anantnag district of Kashmir.

After another encounter with terrorists in Kashmir, pictures and videos of the Indian Army heart-warmingly welcoming Pakistani players for their matches in the World Cup have gone viral.

Many people have raised the question that when incidents of terrorism are continuing from Pakistan, then why are Pakistani players being treated like this.
