World Cup 2023: Zaka Ashraf’s statement created a stir, calling India an enemy country

Pakistan team will play a warm-up match against New Zealand today for the upcoming World Cup, the team reached Hyderabad Airport on Wednesday night after getting the visa. There were a good number of people at the airport to welcome the Pakistan team, due to which the players were also happy and they also expressed this happiness on social media. Pakistani players are also happy with India’s hospitality but meanwhile, PCB Chief Zaka Ashraf’s statement has created a stir.

PCB Chief Zaka Ashraf described India as an enemy country

Pakistani players have come to India and started practicing and playing warm-up matches before the tournament. The team will stay for a long time in Hyderabad, where good facilities have been made for the players. There are also strong security arrangements. But Pakistan is always known for its absurd statements. While on the one hand, Pakistani players are happy with the facilities and hospitality in India, on the other hand, PCB Chief Zaka Ashraf described India as an enemy country.

Ashraf – If he goes to any enemy country, or any place where a tournament is being held, then we should support him.

PCB Chief Zaka Ashraf was addressing the media. He was talking about the increased salary of Pakistan players. He said, “With love and affection, we have given so much money to the players, perhaps never before in history have players received so much money. My only objective was that the morale of our players should be high. If they go to any enemy country or any place where a tournament is being held, they should be supported so that they can perform well.”

Earlier, the team had come to India for the T20 World Cup in 2016. Pakistan has come to India after 7 years.

Pakistan will make its debut in the main event on October 6

After the warm-up match with New Zealand, the Pakistan cricket team will play. The second warm-up against Australia on October 3. Pakistan will make its debut in the main event on October 6 with a match against the Netherlands. After this, the team will face Sri Lanka on 10th October. Pakistan’s third match will be big, it will be played with India on October 14 at Narendra Modi Stadium. Indian and Pakistani fans are eagerly waiting for this match.
