Their star pacer, Hasan Ali, has been released from the upcoming 4-match T20 series against England.
This comes as a surprise because Hasan was actually brought in as a replacement for the injured Haris Rauf. He even played the first two matches against England, and did alright!

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) says they’re letting Hasan focus on playing County Cricket in England. Apparently, he signed a year-long deal with Warwickshire County Cricket Club earlier this year.
But is This The Right Call For Pakistan?
That’s the big question. Hasan Ali is one of their most experienced fast bowlers, and his presence could have been crucial against England.
