Aussie Legend Takes On The Responsibility:-
Former Australian cricket great Stuart Law has been appointed as the new head coach of the USA team for the T20 World Cup 2024. Law will be in the dugout for the upcoming T20 series between USA and Bangladesh, starting next month. He brings a wealth of coaching experience to the table, having worked with teams like Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, West Indies, and Afghanistan.
Expressing his excitement about joining USA Cricket, Stuart Law said:
“It’s a great opportunity for me to be involved with USA Cricket. We’ve got a lot of work to do to build a strong team going forward, and we’ll start that process with the upcoming T20 series against Bangladesh. Then, our focus will shift to the T20 World Cup 2024.”
Welcoming Law on board, USA Cricket Chairman Venues Piskhet said:
“Stuart Law brings a lot of experience and will add a lot of confidence to the team. He’s a very good coach, and he’s taken many teams to success in the past. His addition to USA Cricket will be a big boost for us.”
