Gautam Gambhir again expressed his anger on Virat-Naveen controversy, said this in the podcast
Virat-Naveen controversy: The fight between Virat Kohli and Naveen Ul Haq during IPL 2023 made a lot of headlines. These two players clashed with each other during a match played between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Lucknow Super Giants. Even after the match, there was a heated argument between the two players, due to which LSG’s mentor Gautam Gambhir also jumped into it.

In a podcast with ANI, Gautam Gambhir said, ‘As a mentor, no one can come and dominate my players. My perception is quite different. As long as the match was going on, I had no right to interfere. Once the match is over, if someone has a heated argument with my players, I have every right to defend him.
Kohli and Gambhir had clashed earlier also :-
Interestingly, this was not the first time that Gambhir and Kohli had such a heated argument. Gambhir has already clashed with the RCB star player during his playing days, during IPL 2013.
Recently there was a clash with Sreesanth also :-
Recently, he also had a clash with former fast bowler S Sreesanth on the cricket field. During Legends League cricket, both the players clashed with each other and there was a heated argument between them. Later, Sreesanth revealed on social media that Gambhir had called him a ‘fixer’ during the match.
