Zim Afro T10 Draft: The Complete List of Players Selected for the Inaugural Edition. The players’ draft for the inaugural edition of ZIM Cyber City ZIM Afro T10 was held on Monday, less than three weeks before the much-anticipated league begins.

A total of 80 players were selected during the draft:-

Scheduled for 20–29 July, with all matches to be played in Harare, the tournament will see five teams – Durban Qalandars, Cape Town Samp Army, Harare Hurricanes, Bulawayo Braves, and Johannesburg Buffaloes – compete for honors.

A total of 80 players were selected during the draft and the franchises will line up as follows:

The Five cricketers will be selected for the player program:-

In the coming days, all teams will add one more player to each of their squads as five cricketers are selected from the nationwide Emerging Players Programme, which is designed to provide youngsters a chance to break into the big stage.

Mr Givmore Makoni, Managing Director of Zimbabwe Cricket, said: “It is a historic day for Zimbabwe Cricket and we cannot wait to open the doors to such talented cricketers.

“Each of the five teams looks extremely strong and I am sure the cricket on display will be of the highest standard.

Mr. Nawab Shaji Ul Mulk, Founder and Chairman of T Ten Global Sports, said: “The Gym Cyber City Gym-Afro T10 Players Draft is a huge day for the T Ten family and also for Zimbabwe Cricket.

“We are very pleased to see that all the teams are balanced and strong enough, which means the tournament is going to be tight.

“We can’t wait to entertain everyone with some of the best cricketers from Zimbabwe and around the world as the tournament begins and afterwards.
