WIPL 2023 Auction: The Possible date of Women’s Premier League Player Auction revealed. The possible date of the player auction of the Women’s Premier League (WPL 2023) to be held for the first time has been revealed.

The auction will be held in New Delhi

The auction of WPL 2023 will be held in New Delhi. The five founding franchises of the league will bid for players during the second week of February.

However, the BCCI is yet to announce the auction and start date of Season 1 of WPL.

But due to the busy schedule, it is believed that the first season of WPL will be held in March.

The first season will be held in March:-

  • The WPL auction will be held on February 10 or 11 in New Delhi.
  • The Women’s Premier League will start in March 2023.

Adani Sportsline Pvt Ltd (Ahmedabad), India win Sports Pvt Ltd (Mumbai), Royal Challengers Sports Pvt. Ltd (Bangalore), JSW GMR Cricket Pvt Ltd (Delhi), and Capri Global Holdings Pvt Ltd (Lucknow) have been successful in winning franchises in the BCCI bidding process. All these franchises will participate in the player auction to be held in Delhi on February 10 or 11.
