After the first innings, it seemed that Australia’s Phoebe Litchfield’s brilliant half-century off 18 balls would be the only topic of discussion, but it paled in comparison to the performance of Hayley Mathews.

Hayley Matthews scored a century after being out for 99 runs in the first match:-

Let us tell you that Mathews was out for 99 runs in the opening match of the series but this time she scored a century in 53 balls and took her team to the brink of victory when she was finally out after scoring 132 runs in 64 balls.

When Mathews was out, West Indies needed 9 runs from 7 balls, which Shamine Campbell and Chinelle Henry managed to accomplish with one ball to spare against Ashley Gardner in the final over.
