IPL 2023: Riyan Parag wants to be a finisher like MS Dhoni. There is not much time left for the start of the Indian Premier League (2023) and all the teams have started practicing for the tournament.

The first match is on March 31 Gujarat vs Chennai Super Kings:-

At the same time, the first match of IPL will be played between Gujarat vs Chennai Super Kings (GT vs CSK) on 31 March.

But before the start of the tournament, Rajasthan Royals all-rounder Riyan Parag has asked to perform well in this season. At the same time, he said that his inspiration for the role of finisher is MS Dhoni.

Parag told PTI, “I have been playing the finishing role for the last three years. Only one name comes to my mind which I have said before, MS Dhoni.

MS Dhoni his inspiration for the role of a finisher:-

I don’t think anyone else has mastered that art. Going into that role.” Parag further said, I always look up to him how he finishes the game or takes the game deep.

Parag said, “If Rajasthan Royals ask me, “Where do I want to bat, I will say No.4.

But, as always, I am ready to bat wherever the team needs me and wherever they think I am the best fit.”
