Babar Azam rejected fan ‘s demand: Pakistan cricket team is currently on Australian tour for a three-match test series. Pakistan is behind 0-1 in the series. The first match of the series was played by Pakistan in Perth, where the team had to face a humiliating defeat by 360 runs.

The Pakistan cricket team could not reach the semi-finals in the ICC World Cup 2023, after which Babar Azam resigned from the captaincy after returning home. Pakistan has come to play this test series under the leadership of new test captain Shan Masood. Babar Amaj’s fan following is no less in Australia and this can be seen even during the practice sessions of Pakistan. Babar’s poor performance in Perth Test:-

This Australia tour has not been anything special for Babar Azam so far. In the Perth Test, Babar was out after scoring 21 runs in the first innings and just 14 runs in the second innings. It was believed that after the pressure of captaincy is removed, there will be more improvement in Babar Azam’s batting, but at present nothing like this has been seen.

Babar has scored 3807 runs for Pakistan in 90 innings of 50 test matches at an average of 47. Babar has so far scored a total of 9 test centuries for Pakistan.
