Great batsman Sunil Gavaskar praised Sanju Samson, who scored his first century in international cricket on December 21. He scored a century in the last and deciding match of the three-match ODI series played in Paarl.
On the basis of this, India won 2-1 in this series. Sunil Gavaskar has praised Sanju Samson and said that Sanju will start believing in himself more after ending his long wait for a century in international cricket.
Sanju Samson’s century innings :-
Sanju Samson played an innings of 108 runs in 114 balls. This century of Samson was also special because the pitch did not look suitable for batting. He had also mentioned this in the mid-innings.
Sanju Samson had been in international cricket for 8 years, but initially he could play only two matches, but in the last few years he got a lot of opportunities. He came in the 40th match and scored a century. Samson got good starts many times, but he was not able to convert them into big innings.
