Meanwhile, a report has come out on Friday in which ICC has issued a deadline to announce the squads of the teams. News 24 Sports, quoting sources, reported that teams will have to release their probable squads by May 1.
The Squad Will Be Announced Between IPL 2024:-
Talking about India’s famous T20 league IPL, it can start from the last week of March. This tournament may conclude by the end of May. However, its dates have not been revealed yet.
But the deadline for squad announcement by ICC has been stated as May 1. Whereas till May 20, teams can also make changes in their 15-member squad. That means after the first leg of the IPL, Team India’s squad will be released in the middle of the tournament.
The Squad Will Be Released in May:-
After May 21, if any of the 20 countries has to make changes in its team, it will have to get special permission from the ICC. That means Team India can be announced any time in May.

Its date has not been decided yet but according to estimates, it is certain that the squad will be announced in May itself. However, an official announcement by ICC regarding this is still awaited.
