Prithvi Shaw scored a Flamboyant Century in Ranji Trophy, gave a Befitting Reply to the National Selectors

New Delhi, Sports Desk. Mumbai opener Prithvi Shaw gave a befitting reply to the national selectors by smashing a century in just 107 balls against Assam in the Elite Group match of the Ranji Trophy on Tuesday. Prithvi Shaw scored the 12th century of his first class career to take Mumbai to a score of 171/1 till lunch.

Prithvi Shaw brought up his maiden century in the ongoing Ranji Trophy and took only 107 balls to complete it. During this, the right-handed batsman hit 15 fours and a six. Shaw not only played a flamboyant innings but got Mumbai off to a flying start by sharing a 123-run century partnership with Musheer Khan. Be aware that Assam won the toss and invited Mumbai to bat first.
