Rohit Sharma Said this

After losing the match Mumbai captain Rohit Sharma said that we did not bat properly. There was not much target to save the bowlers. It was an off day for our batting. On coming down to bat at number three, he said that we did what we felt was right. We needed an Indian batsman in the middle order. Unfortunately, with Tilak Verma out, we needed a quality batsman against spin.

Praised Piyush Chawla

Speaking further, Rohit Sharma said that we lost 3 wickets for just 16 runs. Piyush Chawla is bowling well. The other bowlers need to come along with him. Everyone has to come forward and contribute. This season the home ground is not getting much advantage. Everyone is winning and losing in the tournament. We need to do well in all three departments of the game. We have to play the next two matches at home.
