On Tuesday, in the presence of N Srinivasan, the CSK management reached a temple here with the IPL trophy. A special puja was performed by placing the IPL trophy in front of the deity in the temple, the videos of which went viral on social media.
CSK won the fifth IPL title under the leadership of MS Dhoni
Chennai Super Kings won their fifth IPL title by defeating Gujarat Titans in the final. With this, CSK has equaled Mumbai Indians in terms of winning the most trophies in IPL.
