Shikhar Dhawan – Ayesha: Relief news has come for Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan. Delhi’s Patiala House Court, while giving a written order to his wife Ayesha Mukherjee, said that she will never make any false statement against the cricketer anywhere.

A divorce case is going on between Shikhar Dhawan and Ayesha Mukherjee. Due to this Shikhar told the court that Ayesha is trying to tarnish his image.
Ayesha has been asked not to broadcast or post any message on social media
Patiala House Court Judge Harish Kumar asked Ayesha not to broadcast or post any message on social media that would malign the cricketer’s image. Actually, Ayesha Mukherjee and Shikhar Dhawan got married in 2012 after dating each other. Both of them also have a son. Ayesha had a second marriage with Dhawan, before that she had two daughters.
The pair of Dhawan and Ayesha got noticed by someone in 2020, Ayesha and Dhawan are living separately since 2020. The divorce case of both of them is going on in court.

A person’s reputation as the highest-class asset
While passing the order in the court, the judge said, “A person’s reputation is dear to all and it is considered to be the highest quality asset. Because the physical property can recover after a loss. But reputation once destroyed cannot be recovered. That’s why it has to be protected. However, it is equally true that if someone has a legal grievance against someone. He cannot stop from taking up his grievance with the concerned authority.”
Ayesha is forced to take money from her daughter’s boyfriend
Dhawan’s lawyer Aman Hingorani said Ayesha shared messages with her close friends and acquaintances and even with cricket officials, describing the cricketer’s misbehavior. He also shared that he does not get any money from Dhawan to survive and is forced to take money from his daughter’s boyfriend.
