In this video shared on social media, it is see that an Indian fan is waving the tricolor outside the stadium. He was waving the tricolor to encourage Team India. A person was coming at a high speed on a bicycle from behind. The tricolor gets in front of the cyclist, which probably makes him fall. However, whether the cyclist fell or not, it did not appear in the video. But the Indian fan immediately ran towards the man to help him.
