Rahul Dravid, ICC Trophy: It has been 10 years since Team India won the ICC trophy. After the year 2013, the Indian team has stepped into the semi-finals and finals, but the dream of winning the title has remained incomplete for the last ten years.

However, Team India will have a golden chance to end this drought by winning the final match of the World Test Championship starting against Australia from June 7.

What did Dravid say about the ICC trophy: –

Rahul Dravid while answering the question of ICC trophy in the press conference said, “No, not at all. I mean we don’t take any pressure to win ICC trophy. Obviously if we are able to do that , we would love it. However, when you look at the rest of the things, you realize that this is the result of two years of hard work.”

The head coach further added, “You have to achieve a lot of success to reach here. So there are a lot of positive things to take from where you are in the table. Dravid said on Rahane’s comeback: –

WTC Final 2023: Regarding Rahane‘s comeback, Dravid said, “First of all, his presence is a very good thing for us. There were some injuries in our camp, due to which he got a chance to come back in the team.

It is good for us to have a player of his quality. He obviously brings a lot of experience with him. He has given strong performances on foreign soil. Even in England he has played some great innings.
