The Pakistan Faces Disappointment

A tournament like the Asia Cup is one of the most popular multi-team tournaments in the world, but the scenes in Multan were not pleasant.

Pakistan recently regained the top spot in the ICC ODI team rankings after defeating Afghanistan 3-0, but the opening match saw a significant lack of support from Pakistani fans.

Notably, Multan is to host the only opening game of the tournament, and organizers were reportedly expecting a packed stadium with a capacity of 30,000.
