Shahid Afridi was in the United States for the franchise cricket season, where he participated in the GT20 Canada and the US Masters T10.

Afridi posted on social media a video of his conversation with Bollywood actors Sohail Khan and Aftab Shivdasani at the airport. In the video, Afridi and the Indian actors can be seen having a conversation.
