Glenn Has Resigned From The Captaincy Of The Team:-
Melbourne Stars franchise captain Glenn Maxwell took a big decision after the team’s exit from the Big Bash League. He has left the captaincy of the team. Maxwell took this decision after the team’s last match on Monday.

Hobart Also Could Not Make It To The Playoffs:-
Glenn Maxwell was captaining the Big Bash League franchise Melbourne Stars. The group stage matches of the Big Bash League season 2023-24 have ended, and the playoff matches are starting today.
Melbourne Stars, captained by Maxwell, could not make it to the playoffs. The team played its last match in the group stage on Monday against Hobart Hurricanes, in which Hobart won by 7 runs. However, Hobart also could not make it to the playoffs.
The Stars Also Lost 3 Consecutive Matches in The Beginning:-
After winning 4 consecutive matches in the group stage, Melbourne Stars were bidding to reach the playoffs but after this, a hat-trick of defeats stopped their campaign. Stars had also lost the first three consecutive matches.
