Cheteshwar Pujara scored the fastest century of his Test career, Virat Kohli celebrated in a unique way

Cheteshwar Pujara, the most prominent batsman of India’s Test team, scored the 19th century of his Test career today after a long wait of 1443 days. This century of Cheteshwar Pujara came during the second innings of Team India (BAN vs IND) against Bangladesh. The right-handed batsman took 130 balls to bring up his century which included 13 fours. Please tell that this century is the fastest century of Pujara’s Test career. After Pujara completed his century, his fellow batsman Virat Kohli celebrated it in a unique way. Whose video is going viral on social media.

Cheteshwar Pujara and Gill carried the score of the Indian innings

At the start of the third day’s play, the Bangladeshi team was reduced to 150 runs. After this, the Indian team decided to bat again instead of following on. India got off to a good start with the bat in the second innings. KL Rahul and Shubman Gill shared a 70-run partnership for the first wicket. After this, Captain Rahul got out after scoring 23 runs. From here Cheteshwar Pujara and Gill took the Indian innings score forward. Meanwhile, young right-handed batsman Gill also completed his century. On the score of 183, India got the second blow in the form of Gill’s wicket. He played an important inning of 110 runs in 152 balls.

After the fall of two wickets, Virat Kohli came to the crease and he along with Cheteshwar Pujara played some good shots. Meanwhile, Pujara scored the fastest century of his Test career, scoring at a brisk pace. As soon as Pujara was celebrating after completing his century, Kohli was also seen supporting him by raising both his hands in the air. After this, Kohli also congratulated Cheteshwar Pujara by hugging him.

Bangladesh got a target of 513 runs to win

Team India had declared their second innings at a score of 258/2 and set a mammoth target of 513 runs for the hosts to win. By the end of the third day’s play, the Bangladesh team had scored 42 runs in their second innings without losing any wickets.
