Superstars kept fans on the edge of their seats in the second weekend of the tournament in the DP World International League T20 being held in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.

While Alex Hales of Desert Vipers hit the ball all over the park against Abu Dhabi Knight Riders, Sheldon Cottrell mesmerized everyone with his brilliant bowling performance against the same opposition.
Meanwhile, Gulf Giants continued their unbeaten run in the tournament and cemented their place at the top of the table.
Even though the Desert Vipers posted a mammoth 195 for four in their 20 overs at the Dubai International Stadium on Sunday.
But Chris Lynn and Shimron Hetmyer shared a 117-run partnership to help the Giants chase down their target with three balls to spare.
Thrilling chase of Mi Emirates:-
MI Emirates has gained a reputation for taking the game deep while chasing big totals. He chased down two thrilling chases during the second weekend of the DP World ILT20.
Emirates needed 20 runs off the last over against Abu Dhabi Knight Riders at the Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi on Saturday.
Dwayne Bravo and Najibullah Zadran hit three sixes and a four off Andre Russell. A thrilling win for the team by five wickets.
Chasing a mammoth target of 222 for three at the same stadium the very next day, Kieron Pollard scored an extraordinary 86 off 38 balls.
But Rovman Powell dismissed him in the sixteenth over to give Dubai Capitals a 16-run win. Run wins in the end.
Hales becomes the first Player to score century in DP World ILT20:-
Alex Hales became the first player to score a century in the DP World ILT20 when he scored 110 off 59 balls against Abu Dhabi Knight Riders.
He hit seven fours and six sixes during his innings to help the Desert Vipers register a comprehensive 111-run win.
Tom Kohler-Cadmore of Sharjah Warriors didn’t want to be left behind as he scored three points against Dubai Capitals the very next day.

The opener hit 10 fours and six sixes in his unbeaten 106 off 47 balls. Thanks to his brilliant innings, the Warriors achieved the target of 178 runs in just 14.4 overs.
