Asia Cup 2022: The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) has announced the dates for the Asian Cricket Council 2022 on Saturday.

The 15th Season from Aug 27 to Sep 11:-

The 15th season of this prestigious competition will be held in Sri Lanka from 27 August to 11 September.

While releasing the dates on its Twitter handle, the ACC said, “Asia Cup 2022 (T20 format) will be holding in Sri Lanka from 27 August to 11 September later this year. The qualifiers for this will be played from 20 August 2022.

A Scheduled to be holding in September 2020:-

The competition was initially scheduled to be holding in September 2020. But had to be postponed due to the Corona pandemic.

Then it was rescheduling for June 2021 but rescheduled again.

However, now the situation of the corona is normal. In such a situation, this time the Asia Cup will be organizing.

Asia Cup Organized:-

• The Asia Cup 2022 will be playing from August 27 to September 11.
• The competition will be playing in T20 format.
• The host of this tournament will be Sri Lanka.
• This will be the 15th season of the Asia Cup.
• India is the defending champion.
