Asia Cup 2023: The Asia Cup trophy was unveiled in Pakistan during a special event. After the release of the Asia Cup 2023 schedule, the Asia Cup 2023 trophy has been unveiled in Pakistan.

Pakistan got the hosting of the Asia Cup:-

The trophy was unveiled by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) during a special event on Wednesday. Pakistan has got the hosting of the Asia Cup.

Due to this, the trophy was also unveiled in Pakistan. Superstar players like star player Ray Mohammad Hafeez and fast bowler Wahab Riaz were present on this occasion.

Zaka Ashraf expressed happiness:-

PCB Management Committee Chairman Zaka Ashraf expressed happiness at the unveiling of the Asia Cup trophy.

He said that the fans have been waiting for this for a long time and no stone will be left unturned to make it a success.

Zaka Ashraf said that Pakistan is hosting the Asia Cup after 15 years, which is a matter of great pleasure.

These six teams are taking part

The schedule of Asia Cup 2023 was announced on 19 July. Accordingly, a total of 6 teams will participate. Two groups of 3-3 teams have been formed.

Team India, Pakistan, and Nepal are placed in Group A, while Group B consists of Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Afghanistan.

Asia Cup 2023: Asia Cup Trophy Unveiled in Pakistan During A Special Event

Total 4 matches will be played in Pakistan:-

As per the schedule, the Asia Cup will start on August 30. The first match will be between Pakistan and Nepal in Multan according to the hybrid model.

A total of four matches will be played in Pakistan, of which 3 will be of the group round, then 1 match will be played in Super 4.
