Danushka Gunathilaka: Three of the four charges in the Sri Lankan cricketer’s ongoing case in Australia have been dropped. Gunathilaka, 32, was arrested in Sydney in early November last year.

Being subjected to undue hardship as a citizen:-

But Gunatilka’s lawyer, Alain Sahinovic, protested the delay, arguing that his client was facing undue hardship as a foreign national with limited family and social support.

The police fact sheet submitting with the original allegations stated that the woman. Whom Gunathilaka had met through the dating app Tinder, was β€œscared for her life” during the encounter.
