ENG vs SA: Ben Stokes will get rest in the T20 series against South Africa :-

Stokes, who is playing in the current ODI series against India, will also play 50-over matches against South Africa from July 19, after which he will be rested for the T20 series starting on July 27.

The England and Wales Cricket Board made this statement on Friday :-

“In order to manage the workload and fitness of England men’s Test team captain Ben Stokes, he will miss the Vitality T20 series. He will also miss ‘The Hundred’ tournament which begins next month,” the England and Wales Cricket Board said in a statement on Friday.
