India T20 Captain: Hardik Pandya is training hard before the series against Sri Lanka. The Indian team is currently on a tour of Bangladesh where a two-match Test series is being played between the two teams.

Hardik Pandya is not a part of Team India:-

Where India defeated Bangladesh in the first test and won by 188 runs. However, Hardik Pandya is not a part of Team India during this period.

He is currently in NCA in Bengaluru. Pandya is practicing hard in NCA.

After the Test series against Bangladesh, India have to play a three-match T20 and ODI series against Sri Lanka early next year. The team has not been announced for this series.

But it is expected that Hardik Pandya can be made the captain in the T20 series against Sri Lanka. Hardik Pandya has shared a video on his Instagram story in which he is seen running.

Whereas earlier also Pandya has been seen training in NCA. Let us tell you that, Hardik Pandya hosted Team India in the 3-match T20I series against New Zealand last month where India won the series 1-0.

So on the other hand it is being said that Pandya can be made the T20 captain of Team India. On which the Indian Cricket Board is constantly considering. Ever since the defeat in the T20 World Cup, questions have been raised on the captaincy of Rohit Sharma.

At the moment, Pandya is the first choice of captaincy in T20 cricket also because he made his team Gujarat Titans champions in the IPL last year in his debut season itself.
