The program of this series had already been announced. But in between there were some reports that it could be shifted to the newly built Shankarpur Stadium in Gwalior.

But now a special update has been given by our local correspondent Karan Mishra regarding this. According to this, there will probably be no change in the venue of the competition.

The Second Match Of T20 Series On 14 January in Indore:-

Let us tell you that the second match of the T20 series between India and Afghanistan is to be held in Indore on 14 January.

But later it was said about this match that MPCA and GDCA could organize this match with the launch in the newly constructed Shankarpur Stadium of Gwalior.

But now due to the severe cold in Gwalior and the severe dew in the evening, the possibility of holding the match here seems to be over.

However, GDCA (Gwalior Districts Cricket Association) had made complete preparations to get this match held here.

There was also an inspection of the stadium which a BCCI team also reached. The stadium met all the parameters like pitch and groundwork. But the severe cold in Gwalior destroyed all possibilities.

GDCA Secretary Sanjay Ahuja’s statement has also come out regarding this. He has said that there is a possibility of cold weather in Gwalior, especially rain from 8 to 15 January.

It is noteworthy that this is the fourth international stadium in Gwalior. This stadium has a capacity of 50 thousand spectators.
