IND vs BAN ODI 2022: The Bangladesh Cricket Director Akram Khan Targets Indian Team. And said- ‘There are big names in Rohit Sharma’s team, but Bangladesh is the best. The first match of the three-match ODI series between India and Bangladesh (IND vs BAN) will be played on Sunday.

Team India’s regular players return to the 50-over format as they prepare to take on Bangladesh in a three-match ODI series with an eye on the 2023 ICC ODI World Cup.

Ahead of the all-important 50-over series, Bangladesh Director of Cricket Akram Khan has taken a dig at the Rohit Sharma-led Team India.

He has said that there are big names in Team India but Bangladesh is the best in home conditions. In the most recent ODI series between the two countries, Bangla Tigers beat India 2-1 at home.

Due to which Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) director Akram Khan is again dreaming big about the series against India.

Akram said during a Press Conference:-

At the same time, during a press conference in Mirpur on 1 December, Akram said, “India is a very good team. But we have advantages in our house.

Our players have more backgrounds. By the grace of Allah, if we play effectively if we use the individual abilities of our players properly, if we can perform, we can be successful.”

Bangladesh has always put up strong performances at home. Most of the Tigers’ best results have come at home.

Akram is therefore looking forward to the crucial series against India. Akram has high hopes, especially for Bangladesh’s favorite format, the one-dayer.

He said, ‘Earlier we won a series with India, Pakistan, and South Africa. Our performance in ODIs in all three formats is better than in Tests and T20s. Hopefully, we will do well.”
