India captain Rohit Sharma gave a fresh update after the post-match press conference in Rajkot on Sunday. “He should be fine,” Rohit said.

Both Rahul and Ravindra Jadeja were ruled out of the second Test in Visakhapatnam but returned to the squad for the remaining three Tests in Rajkot, Ranchi, and Dharamshala respectively.

The participation of both players was dependent on fitness and Jadeja recovered in time for their home Tests. While Rahul was thrown out.

Has Been Ruled Out Of The Third Test Against England:-

On February 12, BCCI media said, “KL Rahul, whose availability for the remaining three Test matches was dependent on fitness, has been ruled out of the third Test against England in Rajkot. “Mr Rahul has reached 90 percent match fitness and is progressing well under the care of the BCCI medical team.”

While India was playing the Test in Rajkot, Rahul continued his recovery at the National Cricket Academy to be fit for the remaining two Tests.

“He will continue his recovery process at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru to be fully fit for the fourth and fifth Tests,” the media advisory said.

He Can Also Become A Good Spinner in Bowling:-

You have already seen Yashasvi Jaiswal’s brilliance with the bat, but apart from the bat, he can also become a good spinner in bowling. He can bowl good leg spin.

Although he has not had a chance to bowl in international cricket yet, he has bowled in List A cricket. Yashasvi has bowled a total of 13 innings for List A.

During this period he has taken 7 wickets at the rate of 5.41 runs per over. It is clear from this that if Rohit Sharma implements Anil Kumble’s words, then we can also see Yashasvi bowling in the next match.
