IND vs NZ 3rd ODI: Indian team reached Christchurch for the third ODI. After the rain washed out the second ODI in Hamilton on Sunday, the final match of the series will now be played at the Hagley Oval in Christchurch.
Moved to the third and final ODI. Right now New Zealand is ahead 1-0 in the series. This means the series is at stake for Team India after losing the opening match in Auckland by seven wickets.

Hours after the cancellation of the second ODI in Hamilton, Team India left for Christchurch from Hamilton.
The Indian cricketer along with his spouse left for the Hamilton airport in the team bus and later took a flight to Christchurch.
During this, Yuzvendra Chahal’s wife Dhanashree, and Surya’s wife Devisha have shared pictures related to Team India through their social media accounts.
Meanwhile, India’s ODI captain Shikhar Dhawan was seen taking a selfie with spinner Yuzvendra Chahal and all-rounder Deepak Hooda on a flight to Christchurch.
All-rounder Shardul Thakur was seen in a relaxed and fun mood with Mumbai teammate Shreyas Iyer. The New Zealand cricket team is also not far behind. The Black Caps are also on their way to Hagley Oval, as announced by the NZC.
Records-wise, India has never played an ODI at the Hagley Oval in Christchurch. India will play at this venue for the first time on Wednesday.
Their only loss came in 2018 to England. Clearly, New Zealand could not have found a better venue than Christchurch to win the home series against India.
The game is already sold out, as announced by the NZC. Fans are looking forward to seeing it in between with series on the line for both India and New Zealand.
Let history be rewritten for Team India to end the series on a high. There’s no reason why they can’t do it in holy Christchurch on Wednesday.
The pitch at Hagley Oval in Christchurch has something to offer for both bowlers and batsmen. The venue has seen some high-scoring games of over 320 but has also seen bowlers busting the likes of Willow Wilders.
As long as fast bowlers maintain proper line and length, they can control the game. Meanwhile, if the batsmen play carefully and are technically sound, they can influence the outcome of the game as well. The first innings average at this stadium is 262.
