IND vs PAK T20 WC 2022: Pakistan’s Shan Masood injured during practice in the nets. Before the mega clash between India and Pakistan (IND vs PAK) on Sunday, Pakistan has suffered a major setback.

Masood had to be taken to the hospital due to an injury:-

Actually, Pakistan all-rounder Shan Masood has been injured during practice at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), due to which he had to be taken to the hospital.

Teams of both India and Pakistan (IND vs PAK Mega Clash) are preparing fiercely in the MCG.

Shaan has played 12 T20 matches for Pakistan so far, scoring 220 runs and he has also scored 2 fifties so far.

At the same time, the injury of an all-rounder like Shan Masood before the India and Pakistan match is really a matter of concern for the Pakistan team.

Pakistan team was training in Melbourne:-

On Friday, the Pakistan team was training in Melbourne during which the incident happened.

While batting, Masood hit a bouncer, however, it was not clear who the bowler was but there is speculation that Shaheen Afridi was bowling.

This ball came out of the bat of his fellow player Mohammad Nawaz, which became due to Masood’s injury.

Masood is a middle-order player in Pakistan playing XI. Now till Pakistan does not give any update about Masood’s health, doubts will remain regarding the playing XI of the Pakistan team.

Masood may be ruled out of the match against India:-

Right now there are speculations that Shan Masood may be out of the match against India.

The Pakistan team is practicing fiercely at the Melbourne Cricket Ground for the Super-12 match against India on 23 October.
