During the conference, the captain of Team India can talk about the preparations for the upcoming series and the team composition. A practice session was organized for the Indian team at the Ekana Stadium in Lucknow on Tuesday, in which the players sweated profusely.
After Deepak, Suryakumar Also Out Of The Series
Deepak Chahar was injured in the final match of the recently concluded T20 series against the West Indies. Deepak has also been declared unfit for the Sri Lanka series.
After Chahar, another bad news has come from Lucknow. Suryakumar Yadav, who is running in excellent form, has also been ruled out of the T20 series. He has been ruled out of the three-match T20I series due to a hairline fracture.
The All-rounder Ravindra Jadeja Returns:-
In the press conference, this question will definitely be asked to Rohit that after Deepak and Suryakumar are out of the series, with which combination the Indian team will take the field against Sri Lanka.
However, the Indian team’s middle-order has been strengthened by the return of all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja but he was out of the team for the last 4 months.
Captain Rohit Sharma has no dearth of options but the absence of in-form Deepak and Suryakumar could become a matter of concern for him.
