Yashasvi Jaiswal is currently enjoying his best phase in cricket. After scoring more than 600 runs in the IPL 2023 season, he is now gearing up to shine with the bat in Test cricket.
On the other hand, Yashasvi has shared a video from his Instagram account, in which he is practicing fiercely on the beach. In its caption, he wrote, “Get ready”.
Yashasvi did not have money in his childhood days. Because of which he used to watch cricket by climbing trees with his roommate.
Used to dream of playing in Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium:-
Also during this time he used to dream of playing in Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium. At the same time, when his dream came true, he then scored a brilliant century at the Wankhede ground in the IPL this year.
Jaiswal told The Indian Express, “Anything to watch the match! At night, my roommate and I would try to watch sports.
It was really a fun time for both of us. Now when I play, I put all my effort into playing.
I could also see the floodlights of Wankhede. And I will always wish that God willing, I will play there one day.”
Those memories of my childhood came alive:-
That thought was always there, when I actually played there and especially when I scored a hundred there, those memories from my childhood came alive. Which motivated me to do even better.
Unlike other young players, Jaiswal loves playing red-ball cricket and says it improves his mental toughness as every day in Test cricket brings different challenges.

Because, you will be tested against different bowlers in different conditions. It’s a lot of fun.”
