Ahead of the Dhaka Test between India and Bangladesh, India captain KL Rahul will address the media. Rahul will lead the team in the absence of Rohit Sharma.
The Indian opener is ready to give clarity on the Indian captain’s injury and his possible return to the team.
India registered a comfortable win in Chattogram, Rahul’s first win as Indian captain. South Africa’s defeat to Australia meant that India moved up to second place in the WTC Points Table.
There is a chance to participate in the WTC final for the second time:-
The Men in Blue have a chance to appear in the WTC Finals for the second time in a row. Rahul can also be questioned about the team that has reached the final stage of the race for the WTC final.
India have two full days of training before taking the field for the first day at the Sher-e-Bangla Stadium. It’s still early though.
Rahul might also give a hint about his team’s playing XI. There is little possibility that there can be any change in the playing eleven of Team India.
