After that there will be a tour of Bangladesh. There on December 4, the ODI series will start in Mirpur. At the same time, the first Test match will be played in Chittagong on 14 December.

BAN vs IND: India will tour Bangladesh after seven years. He last went there in 2015. BCB President Nazmul Hasan said, “Bangladesh-India matches have given us some of the best competition in recent history.

Fans of both the countries are eagerly waiting for another memorable series. I thank the Board of Control for Cricket in India. We look forward to welcoming the Indian team to Bangladesh.”

ODI matches will be played at Dhaka’s International Stadium

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) announced the tour schedule on Thursday, stating that Dhaka will host all three ODIs and one Test and Chattogram will host the second Test. Both the Tests will be part of the ICC World Test Championship.

Team India has not toured Bangladesh since 2015. The only Test on the tour in 2015 was a draw, while the three-match ODI series was won by the hosts 2–1. Now next year in 2023 after the World Cup at home, Team India will go on a tour of Bangladesh.

At the same time, BCCI Secretary Jay Shah has wished the best for Team India. He said that I wish Bangladesh Cricket Board all the best for the upcoming bilateral series against India.

The India-Bangladesh match generates tremendous interest among the fans of both the teams. We know how passionate the fans are in Bangladesh and I am sure they will face some exciting encounters in both white-ball and red-ball cricket.

Talking about the Test record between India and Bangladesh, so far 11 matches have been played between the two teams. During this, Team India has won nine Tests in its name.
