Now, an SRH official has confirmed that the franchise will break the bank for either Ben Stokes or Cameron Green. The two all-rounders are two of the biggest players available in the auction to be held in Kochi on December 23.
An official working closely with the SRH management informed Sport, “The team will be gunning for a big all-rounder in the IPL auction.
These Players are available for the full IPL window:-
Yes, players like Green, Stokes and Curran will be on the radar. But our decision will depend on whether these players are available for the full IPL window or not.
Stokes’ international partner Sam Curran is also an option. Curran is an excellent death bowling option and a power hitter in the lower order.
Cameron Green has impressed scouts, but there are questions over his availability. He is likely to be chased by SRH, should he feature in the entire tournament.
