IPL 2023: IPL 2023 Final Will Decide The Future Of Asia Cup. The final match of IPL (IPL 2023 Final) will be played on May 28 at the Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium.
On the same day all BCCI secretaries and ACC chiefs:-
The presidents of Afghanistan Cricket, Bangladesh Cricket, and Sri Lanka Cricket will come to India for the final match. On the same day all will meet with BCCI Secretary and ACC Chief Jay Shah.

Where will the Asia Cup 2023 be held, schedule etc. will be discussed.
BCCI does not want to send its team there:-
Pakistan is the host of Asia Cup 2023. But BCCI does not want to send its team there in protest of terrorism in Pakistan.
Anyway, the situation there is not completely right now. Jay Shah has already confirmed that the Asia Cup will be held outside Pakistan. Jai Shah is also the chief of the Asian Cricket Council.
Decision on future of Asia Cup on May 28:-
Nothing is clear about the Asia Cup right now. The Asia Cup will not be held in Pakistan, this is certain, but its new venue and schedule means when and where will the Asia Cup be held? Not decided yet.
Sri Lanka is the first choice to host the Asia Cup. Actually Asia Cup could have been done in UAE also.

That’s where the name first came to the fore. But due to excessive heat in the UAE, the Asia Cup can be held in Sri Lanka.
