Ava Canning and Amy Hunter, who missed the previous series due to exam commitments, are also returning.
Glad to see Many Strong Performances:-
Carey Archer, Chair, said: “We were delighted to see many strong performances during the recent South Africa series.
And with many players returning to the player pool after a test or injury, there have certainly been many tough decisions on the selection of national women selectors.
“However, these selection challenges only serve to underscore the positive fact that we are on the right track in developing an increased talent pool to choose from in Ireland.
Leading up to T20 World Cup Qualifiers in September:-
“Indeed, many players who missed out on this squad may consider themselves unlucky, but are certainly not out of contention for further opportunities, especially in the lead-up to the T20 World Cup qualifiers in September.
“We have a lot to play and a lot of players to watch, especially with so many Super Series games, plus more international matches before the tournament,” he added.
The T20I tri-series will be played from 16 to 24 July at Bready, with Ireland facing Australia in their opening match on 17th July.
