Born on April 18, 1992, to Dr. Rajeshwari, a professor, and Dr. Prasanna, a doctor, Rahul’s parents had big dreams for their son. They envisioned him as a successful engineer, following in their footsteps.

He Made His ODI And T20I Debuts Against Zimbabwe:-

Rahul’s professional cricket journey began in 2010 when he made his first-class debut for Karnataka. His impressive performances caught the attention of national selectors, and in 2014, he made his Test debut against Australia. In 2016, he made his ODI and T20I debuts against Zimbabwe.

Since then, Rahul has become a mainstay of the Indian cricket team. He is known for his elegant batting style, his ability to score runs in all formats of the game, and his calm and composed leadership.

In the IPL, Rahul leads the Lucknow Super Giants. Under his captaincy, the team has shown promise in its first two years, winning three out of six matches this season.
