Laura Delany will lead the Ireland team for the upcoming women’s tour of the Netherlands. An injury to the Ireland women’s team traveling to the Netherlands for a three-match One Day International series against Netherlands Women from 22-26 August 2022 has forced the selectors to make two changes.
Jane Maguire has both been forced:-
Ava Canning and Jane Maguire have both been forced to withdraw with injuries sustained in the past week, while Louise Little and Kate McAvoy have been called in as replacements.

The 19-year-old made her international debut in 2017 and played six ODIs and 10 T20Is. The hard-hitting top-order batsman and fast-medium bowler is the sister of Irish internationals Josh Little and Hannah Little.
She last played for Ireland in the 2021 ICC T20 World Cup European Qualifier. McEvoy, 20, was first named to a senior Irish squad in 2022.
A swing bowler who frequently opens for the Dragons in the Archas Super Series, he is next in line to make his international debut if selected.

- Friday 26 August: Netherlands Women v Ireland Women, 3rd ODI (VCC Voorburgh)
The Three-Match T20I Series:-
Ireland Women will take on Pakistan Women in the month of November for a three-match ODI series and a three-match T20I series and they are quite keen to provide international challenges to the team.
The Laura Delaney-led side hosted a tri-nation T20I series featuring Australia and Pakistan last month and could not win the series.

However, Ireland Women are looking to put up a strong showing in the upcoming assignment against the Netherlands, which is expected to be a similar competition between the nations.
