Chennai Super Kings: MS Dhoni undergoes successful surgery at Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai. During IPL 2023, everyone must have seen MS Dhoni being troubled by a knee injury.
Captain Dhoni was injured against Gujarat:-
In the very first match of the Indian Premier League, Chennai Super Kings captain Dhoni was injured against Gujarat.

But he did not take any break from cricket at that time. Now as soon as the IPL season is over, he has got his knee surgery done at Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai.
Kasi Vishwanathan, CEO of Chennai Super Kings told that ‘Yes, it is true that MS Dhoni has shown his left knee injury to the doctor.
If surgery is advised, then only after this report comes, it will be known whether he will undergo surgery or not. Whether to play or not to play in the next season is entirely in Dhoni’s hands.”
This is how Dhoni got injured:-
In the first match of IPL 2023, Chennai faced Gujarat Titans, in the 19th over of this match, Dhoni suffered a left knee injury due to Deepak Chahar stopping the ball.
After this, he started having pain on the pitch itself. However, he did not take a break from any match and continued playing.

Chennai Super Kings may have won the IPL 2023 title, but team captain MS Dhoni was not seen batting much during the matches.
