Mignon announced her retirement from ODI and Test cricket with immediate effect to focus completely on the T20 format and the value of her family.

The Played 154 Day Internationals for SA:-

Since making his arrival against Pakistan in Pretoria in January 2007, du Preez has played 154 One Day Internationals for South Africa.

She played only one Test match in her career against India at Mysore in 2014, Du Preez was the Proteas women’s captain and scored 102 runs in the first innings.

I think this is the right time to announce retirement from long profiles: Mignon du Preez.

An average of 32.98 in 141 ODI Innings:-

The 32-year-old scored 3760 runs in 141 ODI innings at an average of 32.98, which included 18 half-centuries and a few centuries.

Her best score of 116* was recorded against Ireland Women in Dublin in 2016.

Du Preez was part of South Africa’s squad for the ICC Women’s World Cup 2022 in New Zealand, scoring 161 runs in eight innings.

“I have been surprisingly fortunate to have played in four ICC ODI World Cups so far. These are some of the most treasured memories of my life.
