The Afghanistan team will tour India after WTC final. The Indian team will play the World Test Championship (WTC Final) on June 7 at the Oval in London from Pat Cummins’ Australian team.

Afghanistan Likely to Tour India:-

After which Afghanistan is likely to tour India. Afghanistan last toured India in 2018 for their inaugural Test match which was played in Bengaluru.

Although this Indian tour of Afghanistan is not clear yet, but a formal announcement in this regard should be made soon by either of the two boards.

This is a big step for Afghanistan cricket and BCCI as the condition of cricket there has not been good since the Taliban takeover in August 2021.

“Yes, the Afghanistan cricket team will undertake a short tour of India in June after the World Test Championship final (from June 7-11 at The Oval in London),” a BCCI source told TOI.
