The BCCI and Mastercard Launch the #HalkeMeinMattLo campaign to promote women’s cricket in India. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and Mastercard jointly own the ground.
The Support Gender Equality:-
The BCCI has launched the #HalkeMeinMattLo campaign as part of its ongoing effort to support gender equality out there.

The films developed under the campaign depict the journey of top Indian women cricketers Shafali Verma, Harleen Kaur Deol and Renuka Singh, their struggle, hard work and determination to perform well.
The #HalkeMeinMattLo campaign is designed to break stereotypes by showcasing the achievements of women cricketers at both the national and international levels and highlighting their commitment and passion for the sport.
The campaign will run during the India-Australia Women’s T20I series to be played in Mumbai from December 9 to 20, 2022.
Talking about the campaign, Shri Jay Shah, Honorary Secretary, BCCI said: India and Australia are among the top teams in world cricket and the matches between these teams have been very exciting.
We’ll see some top-quality cricket action in Mumbai:-
Their last few games have been poor and I am sure we will see some top-quality cricketing action in Mumbai as the two teams meet again.
We are delighting to partner with Mastercard for the campaign, which will bring to the fore stories of hard work, sacrifice and dedication.
We want to encourage young girls to pursue cricket as a passion and career option.
