The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced the release of Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of LED services.

The Providing LED Services Through A Tender Process:-

BCCI invites bids from reputed entities for providing LED services through a tender process.

The detailed terms and conditions governing the tender process including eligibility requirements, procedure for submission of bids, rights and obligations etc. are contained in the ‘Request for Proposal’ (“RFP”).

Which will be made available on receipt of payment of one. A non-refundable fee of INR 1,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh Only) plus any applicable Goods and Services Tax.

The Listed in Annex A to this notice:-

The procedure for receiving the RFP documents is listeding in Annex A of this notice. The RFP will be available for purchase until February 8, 2023.

Interested parties are requesting to email details of payment made for procurement of RFP as per the procedure laid down in Annexure A to [email protected].

It is clarified that the RFP documents will be sharing only after confirmation of payment. of non-refundable RFP fee.

The Eligibility Criteria Prescribed in RFP:-

Any interested party wishing to submit a bid is requiring to purchase the Request for proposal. However, only those fulfilling the eligibility criteria prescribing the RFP and subject to other terms. And conditions prescribing therein will be eligible to bid.

It is clarified that mere purchase of an RFP does not entitle a person to bid.
