The Big Blow To The Team Amid Test Series, Star Player Injured
IND vs ENG Test Series 2024: The Big blow to the team in the middle of the Test series, a star player was injured. The first match of the ongoing Test series between India and England is being played in Hyderabad. India is in a strong position in the first Test and has taken a lead of 175 runs by the end of the second day’s play.
Left-Arm Star Spinner Jack Leach Got Injured:-
England seems to be in trouble in this test. Meanwhile, he has suffered a big shock. Left-arm star spinner Jack Leach is injured. Leach has bowled 25 overs so far, in which he has taken one wicket.

England spin-bowling coach Jeetan Patel gave an update on Leach’s injury. He said that Leach’s injury had worsened. Leach suffered a knee injury on the first day while trying to save a four.
Even in One Spell, He Bowled Only Four Overs:-
According to the information, his injury got worse the next morning. Leach bowled only 16 out of 87 overs. Even in one spell, he bowled only four overs. He later walked off the field.
According to Jeetan, Leach looked a bit sluggish in the outfield as well. However, today he once again tried to field by diving, due to which his injury got aggravated. Despite this, Leach remained adamant about bowling. We are confident that he can make a comeback in the fourth innings.
Jadeja is Playing With 81 Runs And Axsar Patel is Playing With 35 Runs:-
Talking about the match, the Indian batsman scored 421 runs till the end of the second day’s play. Ravindra Jadeja is playing with 81 runs and Axsar Patel is playing with 35 runs.

Earlier, KL Rahul had contributed 86 runs and Yashasvi Jaiswal had contributed 80 runs. Whereas Shreyas Iyer was out after scoring 35 runs, Shubman Gill 23 and KS Bharat 41 runs. It will be interesting to see what wonders the Indian team does on the third day.
