WTC Final 2023: The Players Of The IND And AUS Team Came On The Ground Wearing Black Armbands Because. The final (WTC Final 2023) match of the World Test Championship between India and Australia (IND vs AUS) is being played at The Oval from today.

India won the toss and decided to bat first:-

Before the start of the match, the players of India and Australian teams kept a silence of 2 minutes for those who lost their lives in Odisha’s train accident and landed on the ground wearing black bands in their hands.

Tributes paid to victims of Odisha train accident:-

Before the final match of the World Test Championship at The Oval, the players of India and Australia paid tribute to the victims of Odisha train accident and came to play on the field by tying black bands on their hands.

“The team mourns the deaths in the train accident and extends its deepest condolences to the families and friends of all those who have tragically lost their lives,” the BCCI said in a statement.
